Prices are monthly, in New Zealand dollars, and they're the final price. Families' payments go straight to you, and we never take a cut.

What changes your bill, and what never does.
Moving between plans
A week before each payment we check your active students against your plan. Two checks in a row over its limit move you up; two in a row under its floor move you down. You get an email after the first, so every move comes with a week's notice, and a busy first week of term never changes your bill.
If prices go up
We'll tell you 60 days ahead, and you keep your current price for 12 months after we do. Moving up a plan because you've grown is never a price rise.
What never changes
Every feature is in every plan, with no add-ons. Your families' payments go straight to you, and we never take a cut, including once card payments arrive.
Questions people ask.
- What counts as an active student?
- Anyone with a lesson from 90 days ago onwards, including lessons booked ahead. Students who stop coming drop off the count by themselves 90 days after their last lesson, so you never have to archive anyone, and you're never charged for students who've left.
- How do I know which plan I am on?
- We count your active students once a day and keep every count, so if your plan moves we can show you the numbers we used. A week before each payment, we check your count against your plan.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Add a card to carry on. Until you do, your admin is closed, but the forms and invoice links your families use keep working. Families never land on a page saying you haven't paid.
- How do I pay?
- By card, monthly, through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us. There are no annual plans yet.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. Every studio gets 30 days free with no card, then pays for its size. If you're just starting out, talk to us.
