A term is a date range
Every lesson between a class's first and last dates is made for you, each one real on its own.
Holidays filled in
New Zealand school terms and public holidays can be added for you. Close a day and its lessons say "No class".
One week, not the rest
Cancel a week, change its time or drag it to another day. The other weeks stay as they were.
Places counted
Each class has its places and ages, and Prosford HQ won't enrol anyone into a class that's full.

One-to-one lessons sit on the same calendar as your classes, by month, week or day.

When a term ends, run a class again for the next one, or mark it as not running.
Questions about class scheduling.
- Can a class run more than once a week?
- Yes. Pick every day it runs on. If the time differs on some days, give the class a second schedule; each student is still enrolled once.
- What happens when I cancel a week?
- It is cancelled rather than deleted, so nobody is marked absent from a lesson that never happened. If it was charged, you choose who is owed a replacement.
- Does it sync with Google Calendar?
- Not yet, and there is no calendar export either. Calendar sync is on our list.
- Can I give each class a room and a teacher?
- Not yet. Rooms and teachers with their own logins are both coming.
