Bank transfers matched
Import your bank statement, and each payment is matched to its invoice by reference, for you to accept.

Questions about music schools and teachers.
- Can I teach groups as well as one-to-one?
- Yes. A lesson can be for one student or a few, and choirs, bands and theory classes run as term classes on the same calendar.
- Can teachers log in and see their own students?
- Not yet. Today your studio's admins run the calendar and take the register. Teachers with their own logins are coming.
- Can families pay by card?
- Not yet. Most families here pay by bank transfer with a reference, and Prosford HQ matches each one to its invoice. Card payments are coming, and we'll never take a cut of them.
- Is it worth it for a teacher on their own?
- Up to 40 active students it costs $25 a month, with every feature included. One afternoon of students uses the same calendar, register and invoices as a whole school.
