- Can families pay by card?
- Not yet. Most families here pay by bank transfer with a reference, and that is what Prosford HQ is built around. Card payments are coming, and we'll never take a cut of them.
- Does it connect to Xero?
- Not yet. Today invoices and payments live in Prosford HQ, with no link to accounting software.
- Can invoices show GST?
- Not yet. If your studio is GST-registered, email us before you start and we'll tell you where that's up to.
- Are reminders sent automatically?
- No. You send each reminder yourself, from the invoice or from the overdue list on your dashboard.
